Artek’n Partners was founded by H. Abdul Manan in 1978 as an agency with an understanding of the local environment. Over the years, as the economy developed within the country there was an increased demand for different type of advertising solutions. Services including activation, production, outdoor advertising and media buying as well as planning were introduced. In 2000, the different divisions established themselves under the name of Artek Network. In response to the changing media consumption habits of consumers by the end of 2012 Artek had launched a digital branch. In 2013, Artek Network rebranded itself as Artek Group offering an integrated 360° marketing & business approach to advertising.
Abdul Manan is considered by many to be one of the forefathers of the Indonesian advertising industry. Throughout the years the passion he has for advertising has helped drive the business. His belief in creativity and hard work is large part of his value system, founded on 3 basic principles: honesty, capability and strong will. He attributes strong client relationships as the core of the business as well as one of the key factors for it’s success.
Danny Armananta graduated from Australia with a degree in Marketing Management in 1998 and has been honing his skills since 2000 here in Indonesia. Danny’s focus has been on transitioning Artek Group into the modern era spearheading the development of the activation, digital and strategic media divisions.
Maya Dewi leads the creative division and focuses on building strong relationships. Her ability to understand client’s needs as well as knowledge of the Indonesian audience landscape allows her to guide client’s in the right direction for business growth.
